In this workshop you get to reconnect with your inner self, physically detox through sweat and reset commitment and direction. Through breath and meditation you’ll both energize and calm your nerveous system, relax your mind and dive into your inner world. All of this to empower yourself, deepen your yoga practice and develop your self-exploration. You’ll connect with your inner strength and power, get to know yourself a little better and boost your confidence. The workshop will consist of a fun mandala flow where we move around the mat, bringing new perspectives into our practice. Different breathing techniques which you can bring into your daily lives.
