This month we have 3 different workshops for you, wether you want to learn techniques to cope with stress, dive deep into chakra balancing, or surrender into restorative and nidra - we have got all three options for you!
On the 13th of March Ioana Benjamin welcomes you to Learn to self-regulate in everyday life through breath, mindfulness and yoga.
16.00 - 18.30
This workshop is inspired by a neuroscientific approach to yoga and mindfulness. We will be exploring techniques that can help us tackle day to day life in a more constructive way, by understanding what's happening in our mind, tapping into our feelings and listening to our own bodies
On the 20th of March Leela teacher Camilla hosts her super popular and nurturing workshop Chakra Balancing, Yin Yoga for healing emotional sh**t
On the 27th of March Leela teacher Synnøve invites you to her relaxing & cozy Sanctuary of Rest; cacao, nidra & restorative

If you are feeling tired, overwhelmed, disconnected from yourself, burnt-out or exhausted - this is for you.
So, which workshop are you joining, yogis? We are so excited to see you there!
